T-Technology is located in the IT hub of the Northwestern Federal District, situated on the Sverdlovskaya coast of St. Petersburg. From the rooftop of the main office building, panoramic views of the entire city unfold. This ten-story office building, covering 30,000 square meters, was designed by OFFCON Architects in collaboration with the T-Technologies team.

Inside the building, every floor is full of surprises—from creative Easter eggs found everywhere to a variety of comfortable spaces where employees can immerse themselves in work, rest quietly, learn and improve, exercise, or even relax, enjoy a massage, or catch up on sleep.

The design is based on the core concept of a "city within a city," cleverly integrating the imagery of "gardens and parks in St. Petersburg" and infusing it with the vibrant atmosphere of "street art." Vibrant greenery is the omnipresent design language—from the green maze and ecological paths on the rooftop to the indoor gardens and unique graffiti in the work areas and even at the corners of the staircases, nature and creativity intertwine here in a delightful way.

Even more noteworthy are the ingeniously designed functional spaces: a relaxed lounge area with a small coffee table; a lush botanical garden for tranquility; a book-filled reading area; and a warm and inviting fireplace lounge. In addition, there is a spacious and professional gym and a fully equipped music room. These meticulously planned spaces collectively create a unique and vibrant atmosphere, making this building a new hub for attracting IT talent to St. Petersburg.
